When potential clients find your website, it is time to impress them. It seems like a great time to tell them all about your pet sitting business, how much you love animals & your policies, right?
Wrong!!!

It is not time to talk about you.
It is time to talk to your ideal client through your website as politely as you would carry on any conversation with a new acquaintance.

As you review your site, think about it like a conversation.

1. Would you talk about events from 2 or 3 years ago or current events?
Refresh your website annually.

2. Would you talk about yourself incessantly?
Fewer words, more photos & white space

3. Would you abruptly end the conversation and walk away?
Clearly identify what is the next step toward doing business with you.
A phone call, email, create an account?

Tip: Ask an ideal client that you have a super relationship with what drew them to your site.
