No Duh?????

The most simple thing in the world will set you apart from your competition.  In pet sitting and any other service there is one hurdle to success that over half of all people can't clear.  It is not a special talent or a formula you may learn in a class.  It is not something anyone will ever tell you because they assume you already know it.  You probably do already know it but it is so basic you've never thought about its importance.  If you don't already have this "skill" then you've undoubtedly had problems in your business.  You'll think I am wasting time when I tell you what it is.  Hopefully for some that are struggling, it will give them instant clarity on how to improve.  But trust me, there is someone out there who needs to here this advice.

SHOW UP!!!
That's it.  Do what you tell your client you are going to do.  I am still shocked at how many people in the service sector don't show up.  It's like they don't want the money. Not your problem.
If you have a new client meeting at 3, show up at 2:50.  If you have a pet sit at 7, go at 7. 
How easy is that?  Just go, and you will see the benefits directly.
