Do you have all the reviews you want? Do you ask for a review from every satisfied client? Do you make it easy to review you? PLEASE tell me you have verified your business through Google, right? I am sure you have and if you haven’t you are adding that to your to-do list right this minute!!! If you need any help with this email me. I think it is THE VERY MOST IMPORTANT TOOL this profitable pet business uses to get new clients. Once you own your google profile you can ask for reviews. Manage your profile by visiting business.google.com From there you can click ask for reviews. You will be given a link to share with your clients that starts g.page blah blah blah. It’s long and cumbersome. Here is a tip! create a tinyurl for a convenient easy to remember URL. When you follow up with your clients to make sure they came home to healthy happy pets, you can include the nice looking short link to review you. Consistency is key here. Keep a list of clients and those that reviewed you. Always reply to your reviews and then also send a thank you note. They went out of their way to review you, send a handwritten note! The ease of having the link right there in the follow up email is the important part. Make it as easy as possible. I have a saved reply in my TimeToPet software that I can easily send this follow up with review link to every client without having to take a few moments to write a new script. The Saved Reply feature is my favorite TimetoPet feature. It saves me TONS of time and makes delegation to team members extra easy.
