Since last week’s plan took a bit of time to execute, I wanted to share an easy, quick-to- execute win this week. See the photo in the header above? That is me and a few of the ladies on my team. I am the one with the Coke Zero bottle. I have a problem :)

Now look at the sticker on the back of my car. Every mile I drive is an advertisement for my business. When you multiply this by the 7 other people on my team that have chosen to also have a sticker on their back windshield, it seems we are everywhere. What kind of message does that send your community? I think it says, “I see these folks everywhere. My neighbors must trust them, so can I.”

I have gotten many calls saying, you are right in front of me in the intersection. I have to explain, that’s not me. I had a guy call a few weeks ago swearing I live in his neighborhood. I promised him I don’t. He was adamant, “I can see your sticker from here. I am looking out my window.” I assured him, I knew where he was and that was a sitter that would be happy to care for his kitty.

I have heard sitters say they don’t want to have a sticker on the car due to security reasons but I think the positives outweigh the negatives. No client in the thousands of clients we have served ever saw the sticker at meet & greet and mentioned they thought it was a security concern. Often people are looking for reasons not to do things. “What if one person, one time is offended by this risk.” I say that person isn’t for you. You aren’t making excuses why not to do things that will spotlight your business. You are making it happen.
