On the Jan 1 podcast found here we talked about sending your monthly newsletter to everyone you have permission to send email to. On the Jan 25 podcast we will talk about possible topics to cover. Subscribe on your favorite app to not miss your daily Profitable Pet Sitter plan. Eventually, you will get comfortable with a couple of main topics to include and you will be consistent. Don’t worry about making your communication perfect right now. It is more important to be brief and be seen than to be perfect. Below is a sample of newsletters I send to my clients. Topics you can include: a client pet of the month spotlight a spotlight on your pet an introduction to local pet related non-profits (even if you don’t volunteer there!) local dog friendly trails, restaurants, shops introduction to any team members or other sitters that work with you Topics you MUST include: upcoming holidays, high travel days they should remember to book you for how to book your service (schedule themselves through your new Time to Pet account, call you, email, text. Be specific.) include your solution. What do you offer that will help them? How will it help? This week you are preparing next weeks email. I will remind you next week that it’s time to get February’s email out. You have one week to get your newsletter prepared. GO!
